What to include

A simple starter checklist

You can write the introduction in the email or attach a document. Please send meeting links and any VooV passcode directly to RTB by email, not in a public profile document.

Keep account access safe

Share the Gmail address for sign-in, but never send your Google password, verification code, or recovery code.

Your tutor introduction

Share the name you would like students to see (first name only), a short bio, your teaching background or qualifications, the topics you enjoy teaching, and a little about your teaching style.

A profile photo

Attach a clear, recent photo of yourself that you have permission to use on your public tutor profile.

Your sign-in Gmail

Tell us the Gmail address you will use to sign in to the tutor portal with Google. If you prefer a different email for booking notifications, include that address too.

Your private meeting links

A Google Meet URL is required. A VooV Meeting URL is optional; if you provide one, include its passcode only if the room requires it. These are private booking details, not information for your public bio.

Your weekly availability

List the days and hours when you are generally available, and state the time zone. Philippine Time is helpful if that is your usual schedule.

Email your starter information to RTB.

Once we receive your details, we’ll follow up about next steps and tutor portal access. You can complete or update your profile information through the portal after access is set up.
